Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last Updated: June 2026

1. Development Token & Setup Fees

At OmniSyncFlow, we engineer custom digital architectures. Due to the bespoke nature of our coding and development process, the initial 50% advance setup token is strictly non-refundable. This token locks our development block and compensates for the immediate allocation of engineering resources to your project.

Project Abandonment: If a client is unresponsive or stalls the project for 30 consecutive days, the project is officially marked as 'Abandoned'. The initial 50% token remains non-refundable, and OmniSyncFlow retains 100% intellectual property rights to all un-deployed assets.

2. Source Code & Digital Assets

For clients opting for the "Full Source Ownership (Option 1)" handover, all sales are final upon the delivery of the source code zip files and the execution manual. We operate a strict no-refund policy on delivered intellectual property.

3. WaaS & AutoPay Cancellations

If you are on our Web-as-a-Service (WaaS) or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) retainer, you may cancel your ongoing maintenance at any time with a 30-day prior written notice sent to our official support email. Upon cancellation approval, any active AutoPay eMandates or subscription billing cycles will be legally terminated at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partially used months or years.

Subscription Suspension Rule: If a monthly WaaS subscription payment fails or is missed without prior written notice, a 5-day grace period is provided. If payment is not updated by Day 10, the website and command center will be temporarily suspended (put on hold). Continued failure to resolve billing within 30 days will result in data archiving and hard deletion of the instance.
